As a customer they over price for cheap furniture. They are not reliable and they don't respect the workers. Poor workers getting cussed at from the short little old man. He has a temper on his shoulders. Becareful with purchasing during tax season. They did even return my deep freezer and said it was my problem. No respect for customers or workers

I ordered a table and chair set, over a month ago, still no table and chair set. Mike told me to be patient it will be here, sometimes it takes five months. Today, I told him I want my money back. I got no response. This is not good customer service. A good trustworthy business would be transparent and offer you your money back or make sure to give you what you paid for. I am livid to say the least. Mike just give your customers their money or their furniture. Do the right thing!!!!!!
