I don't usually give 5 stars with my reviews, but this is definitely worthy of an exception. Adam was not only professional and well qualified - but he was HONEST as well, which is hard to find in retail today.
I thought my iPhone 14 Pro Max had completely crashed on me. Rather than selling me a new iPhone and plan to match, Adam took the time to diagnose my phone problem and fixed it saving me some serious money.
Thank you Adam! I wish more retail assistant managers practiced your ethics and care of customers.

Amazing this young man was! I was in a horrible bind and completely lost. I know how to navigate more than fairly well in a car or on foot however getting across country with a 35 or 40 year old road atlas and being downtown somewhere that is not even exist on the Atlas.
Adding into the situation that I had a phone that decided to quit working right then and there so I had no way to contact anyone first building I saw was a Verizon so I stopped and the young man had me set up with a new phone that cost me nothing charged me no tax as they had a special going on also no other fees I'm not sure what they were but I know that it was extremely cheap for me to get out the door that day with my brand new Google pixel 10 pro and I love the phone it's amazing I had service every inch of coming home besides the last 30 miles of Kansas road go figure I am home now in Nebraska and happy to be here and very happy to have this phone

Just want to say thanks to Adam at Russell cellular in Grants NM. He definitely made sure my experience and transition to a new line simple and promptly. He was able to able to get myself approved for an exponential amount and therefore getting an incredible device and promotion. My husband went ib today 6-25-2025. He is on his way home. It took him almost 2 hours. He said the lady helping him was nice but the staff is not fully trained. And the last time I was there I was there for 3 hours. And this is the kicker. He has had his tablet for at least 3 years. Every month he's paid for his tablet and for the internet on said tablet. Well he needed it at work the other day. There was no internet. So he calls Verizon. They apologize for the inconvenience. They tell him oh yes they can fix the problem. Do they offer a refund for the years he's been paying for the service. The only thing offered is an apology. This is how you treat great customers. He's never late on our bill. I just don't understand.

Alissa Lopez is the best!
We arrived mid-morning on a Tuesday. All the techs were helping other customers. When Ms. Lopez was available, she helped us with activating a phone we bought elsewhere.
She was patient, kind, knowledgable and just all-around great.
The system was running slow, but she persevered until the phone was activated. Ms. Lopez even took the time to install the new screen protector which was a huge help as I have a disability that affects my finger dexterity.
Ms. Lopez is an ace at her job and very good with customers. A very wonderful and unexpected experience in a world where most people give the minimum.

Came about 15 minutes till closing which I understand it’s almost time to close but I just needed assistance with getting a mail label to mail my recent phone in. The lady there literally said “I don’t know” and had no intention to help. I tried showing my account once logged in and still nothing. I acknowledged the time and said I’ll just come in the morning and she said that they can call someone about the issue then. Waste of time.

Employee Haven H. was very unprofessional! She couldn't answer my simple question and instead argued with me rolled her eyes smacking her gum and had a bad attitude!
