Never had a package missing. When I get the attempted delivery slip, it doesn't specify what it is, but I know what I've ordered. So, it's not much of a problem to me. The clerk has always been helpful and friendly to me when I go in to get my packages, or have questions. The drivers won't do home deliveries, only mail box, but that's how it has been in every state I've lived in using USPS.

Female clerk is unfriendly, doesn't even greet you. She has a scowl on her face and was unhelpful. Not a professional.

If you need anything delivered properly and in a timely manner in the Upper Valley, don't bother. Skip this post office and their services. Much easier to deliver it yourself if within a 15-minute radius of Hanover. They managed to botch a simple delivery and return to sender of a certified letter sent to another address in town. Next time I'll save the $4.33 and will deliver it myself. Too much hassle and too many excuses. In this case, service was not properly carried out. A long-time customer who realizes that the post office isn't what it used to be. In short, do it yourself -- if you can -- and save yourself time and money. Should have been offered a refund on the spot. Too much hassle for a simple request. Postmaster full of excuses, not a willingness to rectify the situation.

One of the real joys of small town life is having a post office like this one. Pam is so friendly and personable! We are really lucky to have her and Jane and the other carriers to take care of us!

Our mail carrier is consistent throughout all types of weather . We appreciate his service here in Lake Roberts on route HC 68. It can be a difficult road at times but we always get our mail. Thanks Lorenzo for being the super mailman you are!!

The front lobby and grounds are kept clean and neat, 5 stars for that. The mail delivery service for HC 68 is deplorable. The carrier drops the packages off, unsecured at our curbside box, and does not come to the door to even attempt delivery of items that need to be signed for, including Express mail. Only a notice is left. He knows we are nearly always home and even if he sees us in the yard, no delivery attempt of the accountable item is made. There is a driveway gate which is usually open and our dogs are confined unless we are walking them on a lead, there is plenty of room to safely turn around a vehicle in the drive. This lack of service has been documented and ongoing for nearly a decade. Numerous complaints have been made with the Postal Service. This carriers lack of service adds merit to the Postal Services continually falling reputation. He should be held responsible for the delaying of mail. A route inspection should be made. It would be interesting to see if these procedures are followed during that period.
