The plug in my new dryer did not fit into the socket in my new house so this store gave me the correct plug. I installed it into my dryer. It was pretty self explanatory. I’ve done it before. It was easy but the moment I plugged it in, it blew my dryer and now they want me to pay for the entire dryer even though it was their defective cord that fried my machine. I tried working with them but the store manager told me to take a hike so I guess now I’m just going to purchase one at Home Depot and Aarons is not going to get paid. Karma’s hard!

I'm not a customer but a vendor I do building repairs for various companies and I see the behind the scenes views of employees and I can say these fine folks here are a cut above they go out of their way to assist people and don't get the recognition they deserve they also get the lashing they don't deserve, so when you go visit them keep in mind they are humans and I am positive they will show you the same respect without a doubt! This is my honest review I don't post reviews that aren't true I do post about negativity in people! Unbiased as I said I'm not even a customer!

I have never had to rate Aaron’s but today definitely has took the cake, Normally it would have been 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But due to the circumstances at hand they are getting a 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ So basically my husband has bad blood with them so it’s definitely cause a Domino’s affect with me to get something add to my contract I’m very disappointed ? about this whole situation.

Signed up online. It's been a month and I still have not received what I ordered. Got a email 2 weeks ago saying it was waiting on delivery. I had to call the store. They didn't call to let me know it had came in. Still have not gotten my order. On top of that they sending bill reminders that my payment is due. Why when I haven't even got the items. SMH. Thinking about just ending the contract.

Don't do business with these people unless your willing to receive daily "reminders"(harrassment) for two to three weeks prior to the due date. Also they will show up the day of or the day after your due date regardless if you have a decent or good payment history.
UPDATE: They will also show up even if you have only 2 payments left
