“I just wanna give Tamara a big thank you for handle a situation with an incompetent employee named winter !!! When a customer asked for help an she wants to brush you off an make you get your own material when you ask for help getting wood to be cut but I have to pick an carry it but yet she had 2 other male employees with her at the time that could have helped but decided not to an when I ask for help I told him I didn’t want the same lady who brushed me off in the first place and she an a little boy with blonde hair snickered at each an blow me off to talk with Tamara an when I said I wanna speak to a supervisor she started to run her mouth in front of her supervisor which is unprofessional and especially to get loud with a customer that was about to fight should never get to a point like that she cost yall business when im in the middle of a remodel so ill will be taking my business to Lowe’s thank you Tamara but that situation should have never happen especially if she’s in a management position. I hope yall take disciplinary actions

“I'm not a customer but a vendor I do building repairs for various companies and I see the behind the scenes views of employees and I can say these fine folks here are a cut above they go out of their way to assist people and don't get the recognition they deserve they also get the lashing they don't deserve, so when you go visit them keep in mind they are humans and I am positive they will show you the same respect without a doubt!
