This store has the absolute worst service EVER! I cannot even believe how long this has taken and the complete lack of regard and respect for the other customers.
I completely appreciate engaging with customers, but ignoring everyone who is waiting patiently to carry on a personal discussion, for over an hour is just a little bit excessive.
I cannot recommend this store!

ATT Hobbs NM Store. The time to be waited on was fine and the associate was fine. HOWEVER!! Took two hours to get account changed and open new. The amount of hoops the customer and the associate have to jump though is ridiculous. And then the associate had to speak with another ATT rep and was on speaker phone. That rep could barley speak English so that was another super slow process. I had just seen a friend about 30 min before going to ATT store and mentioned where I was going. They said and I quote “oh no, get ready for a couple of hours of hell! I’d rather have a root canal done than go to the ATT store “. And they were not lying! Terrible! Use someone else if possible!

The best customer service ever ? by far. I promise u if you have to go to AT&T . Don't go to the one across from Wal-Mart. Go here . The lady so knowledgeable that they have what u need in stock. I needed to update my name because I was recently married. I hate having to upload documents online it seems like it takes days for them to update, and finding the right source is such a hassle. I was greeted immediately, and she had the most enjoyable personality as well as performance. In and out within minutes. Very easily made changes to account. I give 10 ? stars.Will be going back soon to get my case and any other accessories I require. I promise u that.

No Customer Service... she had no answer to anything, and I had to look up the answers to my own questions. If I'm so much trouble to Service. I'll drive somewhere else.

Very rude I called the store to report a problem I had and was told to call 411 because there's nothing they can do because only one person knows how to help me with my problem then when I tried to tell her I wasn't aware of that when I got me she said so how is that relevant by you telling me that her name was Corrine very rude and unprofessional

Went here to fix phone instead got a newer phone, more memory, and the premium data plan. Was great and the clerk rep. Was very helpful. And got hooked up with the jbl head phones

Can honestly say my mom and I had the best experience ever today at AT&T. Kareen was so friendly, cordial, helpful, understanding and had a very charismatic personality. Even there towards the end, she made us laugh so much. Anyone needing any assistance at this location, I definitely recommend Kareen!
