I went in about a week ago to get a new phone. They had issues getting the phone to sell which is understandable; however, they added things to my bill without my permission to make their metrics. They added protect advantage which is about $20 a month (it's not a lot, but it's the principal) without knowing if I wanted it or not. Didn't even talk to me about it being an option which is crazy because you have to register the phone after adding to actually use it.

Went in for a phone. Simple trade in and keep same line. Ended up getting the phone added correctly to also get emails about next up and protection plan added on this line which I never asked for. If getting a phone from here keep an eye on any optional charges that may appear on your next bill.Have already been to the office of the president twice now with att on plan updates over the years. For other issues that were in the 4 figure marks.

I just had the worst retail experience I have ever had. Had a one product return and waited 20 mins. Finally I gave it to a salesperson and left without my credit. WORST EVERWORSTWorsThat salesperson was just staring at his screen not helping anyone. Worst ever.

Let me start off by saying I have been with AT&T for over 12 years. I have 6 lines and my bill is just under$500 a month. Today I wanted to update my phone and tablet today. There were no customers in the store. I was told that I would have to come back in an hour because the only employee in the store was about to go to lunch. I am in retail sales myself and I put off my lunch to help customers. Not good for business as far as I’m concerned.

I went in to upgrade to new iPhone. Joe Gomez was the only one in store. He assisted me in answering all my questions, took time to set up new iPhone. I had never had good service like today. Joe deserves a raise and manage his own store. Excellent customer service. Joe also assisted other customers as he was helping me. All praises to Joe Gomez. I was satisfied with all that he did.
