“A few days ago I made a bad review on this store because I bought a part and it was broken the saleman was very rude to me and I spent the whole weekend waiting to see the manager on Monday. Today I went to see him and the salewoman (Yolie) that works there was very helpful and she get the manager for us and he promptly offered to replace the part. Thanks to Yolie service it was worthy of 5 stars bad I will just give 4 because this store needs more people like her and this manager willing to help their's costumers.”

They had a employee who volunteered to get the part as they were making a personal time off trip. They stopped in route and picked it up to save a extra day to arrive at shop. “We were driving east on 180 to Hobbs, NM when we blew a tire on our fifth wheel camper. We have Good Sam Roadside service so I called them. It took 3 hours for them to get back to us and tell us they had someone coming but it would be 90 to 120 minutes before they would be there. I googled tire repair stores and found a Discount Tire and called. They said they could not help us but gave me the name and number of a place that could. We called and was told that their truck was out on a run headed our way and Vic said he would have the man stop and help us. Twenty minutes later he was there to help. We were able to get back on the road twenty minutes after that. Thank you Forrest Tire Company!”

And I'm glad she did, cause the service is great and the couple who run the shop are nice, respectful and really seem to try to work with you. On top of all of that, I am almost certain that this is the only Shop in town who will work on European cars. All in all,good people, good work, good prices!”

“I took a trip to Hobbs and my alternator started acting up about an hour into an hour and a half drive, had to make lots of calls and c&a was the only place that could fit me in same-day. Took about 2 hours for the repair and cost 200 but I could not be happier with the service, they let me stay inside while they worked and the shop dog and cat kept me company while I waited for the repairs to be finished. If I ever get stranded in Hobbs again they will be the first place I call next time. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Auto maintenance”
“I put in a two-piece driveshaft, and my stock exhaust didn’t fit anymore. Took it to them, and they bent up a new piece and welded it like it was supposed to be. It only cost me $150 this time. A few years back, they welded in a muffler for me, and it’s been great ever since. They’ve also done a friend’s exhaust, and he’s happy with it too. Definitely recommend these guys!”

He was always available, and kept me posted on the progress of repairs throughout the day. When he wasn't immediately available by phone, he called back within 5 minutes. The way he handles customer service is a breath of fresh air in today's business world.Ryan and Robert, the service techs, listened intently to my issues. They were patient, very personable, and asked additional questions. I felt very sure they understood the problems when I left my Tiffin Allegro Bus with them. “Great customer service, we had someone who was training and they had someone with them helping to make sure everything was right. Last time I went to walmart for an oil change THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR (san angelo walmart). The people at this walmart pointed this out and made sure everything was squared away and my car had the right oil.”
