So I went in kinda window shopping and found a couple of things that I wanted. I found a buggy and looked to see if I could find something else but didn’t.
I went to check out and a long slow line. Am I gonna stand there for a couple if impulse items. It’s not just big lots it’s Home Depot and Lowe’s and others but not Walmart. They spend many millions on the store, the goods, the insurance and transportation. Then right down to the POS , that’s point of sale, then they choke and disappoint what would otherwise have been a happy customer and a profit. All because they saw the most important employee as a liability.
It always amazes me.

Most of the store is in decent shape but there are areas in the store that are dirty and look like you are at a garage sale.
