“Just a message I hope is passed along to the young men doing the powerwashing as you pull in: I have the second tier unlimited membership, and EVERY time I come through I tip between 5 and 20 dollars. Today I had a good bit of mud on my truck, so I paid the mud fee (expected, no problem) and tipped them 20 dollars on top of that because I knew it would be a little extra work and they deserve to be paid extra for it. They didn't spray my wheel wells out or even get the paint uncovered before sending me through. Less than a minute of work with it and hit the button to send me along. I will no longer be tipping. If I have some guys do an exceptional job, I'll go through a second time and tip them. The laziness is going to hit the other ones in their pockets. I thought perhaps putting it here might make it into a team meeting or something. I've had this happen a couple times at this location. The one in north Carlsbad this does not happen at, they're awesome and diligent every time and I'll continue to give them large tips.”
“I love a quick wash but i feel like the dryers and machines that dry should be better. They are obviously pretty dirty and don't get changed out frequent so i end up having to go out as soon as it's done to try to fix the streaks.
The wait is never more than 5 minutes even with a lot of people and the staff is friendly”
“I take my car here to wash it at least there is usually no wait and they do have soap come out of the sprayer. I do it my self so I know that it is clean and dry it myself”
