Hours: CASA of Lea County has three programs. CASA, the advocacy program, trains volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children who have been abused or neglected. Family Time Visitation Center provides a safe place for families to visit their children who are in foster care or for other reasons have a need for supervised visits. The Canine Companion Program provides a Courthouse Dog for comfort to children at court or in juvenile detention.
