The pumps do not allow you to pay outside at the pump, must go inside to pay cashier. This creates a longer than usual line inside which costs me more time and puts a bigger load on the cashiers.

Clean and convenient. Customer service is just ok nothing to brag about. They are nice enough but I did notice they are friendlier to the people they know. Strangers and new customer just get a sad hello or welcome in. It served the purpose I needed it for .
