We travel all over the country for work, last month my wife's doctor called in her scripts and she picked them up, this month Steven ngyun refused to fill her scripts saying it was illegal, in 4 years we have never run into this issue with a cvs anywhere in the country. Steven was horrible to deal with and just kept telling her and then myself to go to another cvs and I had to keep pressing just to get him to give me his name. I'd recommend going to any other pharmacy in hobbs

I went here to pick up a prescription. After waiting in a long line. That day pharmacy was only open from 5-8 pm. Person working in pharmacy told me, my husband’s prescription was not received by them. I told him that Dr. sent the prescription here the day before. He says Dr must have sent it somewhere else. Three days later, we received a text message saying, prescription is now ready. We already had it filled at Michaels’s pharmacy.Didn’t have a good experience.

I had gone there for years. I needed my diabetic meds and others. I got there and they had a sign they’re open only 5-8pm. I came back at 6 and was rudely told the pharmacist was on vacation and they were only filling certain prescriptions. I asked when it would be ready and she said she didn’t know, could be 2 weeks. I asked if I could get them transferred to another pharmacy and was told they were not transferring. I was leaving and the pharmacist told a man give him a few minutes and he’d fill it. I’m in the process of getting the doctor to call in all them to Walgreens. My family is as well. Walgreens called me and said they couldn’t transfer today b/c they couldn’t get ahold of cvs. I remembered of course the hobbs cvs isn’t open on Sunday when every other one is open. Cvs in Roswell, Clovis and portables are open on Sunday. Could they not have pulled another couple pharmacists to stay in hobbs for the couple weeks. I should go apply to manage it because a two year old could do better.

This CVS has staff that watches me like a hawk. I guess I look like a usual suspect. Lol. It's kind of annoying actually to be followed, but not asked if I need help FINDING anything. At their defense, the staff is nice once I need them. The booze I usually want is usually locked up, so I don't go here for that. This place is good for the random shopping adventure like for when my girls need TSA-certified toiletries to travel to see their dad. Other than that... some riff raff tends to hang around. There's CARPET for flooring. And I thought this was 2023. Humph. Ample parking. I'll probably be back again, but only to find stocking stuffers and the random oddoties I previously mentioned.

They never open on time, so while i was waiting 6 other customers just walked away for the same reason, workers are stagnant when trying to help you. Management needs to do better!!

Thanks to the staff for being open 24hrs (5-stars)! I didn't find otc meds at this location. The third CVS searched nearby stores & found it for us SIX STARS******!!!!!!Thank God and all who care! Our baby is feeling better

Rude and none-existent staff. My wife goes there for makeup since it’s a quick stop, everytime we go half the makeup is ruined and the display is always either missing or filthy so the only way to look at products like lipsticks is to take the caps off (unsealed ofc) and we’ve never had an issue, today an employee came over practically scolding her saying she can’t do that. You can never find help here and when you do you have to wait on them for 15 minutes so what to do otherwise? I’ve even seen people walk out with their things because no one would come to the register. The stores always empty, can rarely find employees. Pharmacy is no better, getting covid shots was told to be seated and after waiting 15 minutes someone came out and said “which arm” didn’t inform me of anything else, got the shot by the aisles and was told to wait 10 minutes and they would let me know, was waiting for another 15 minutes and no one was to be seen so we just left. Free reign i guess or just avoid this cvs altogether. Don’t waste your time.

The pharmacist Steve is always a good man to talk to about adverse effects of medicine reactions and side effects. The staff is new in the pharmacy and not knowledgeable about prescription narcotics refills.

Spent 34 minutes on hold waiting to talk to the Pharmacist, the Pharmacist at CVS makes up their own rules when it comes to certain medications on when they want to fill it. I've taken the same medication for 7 years (filled by CVS), and today was the first day that they decided that they wouldn't fill it until I was completely out (31 days), called Michael's Pharmacy and they said that it was ridiculous of CVS not to fill my script, got my prescription transferred and was able to get it filled from Michael's without ANY issues. The Pharmacy techs are very nice, but the company standard is definitely lacking in customer support. I guarantee if I had a COVID vaccine question I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes for someone to pick up.

This is the second time in the past few weeks that we were told our prescription for antibiotics won't be ready until the next day even though they were sent in early. The next time my child has an ear infection I'm going to take her up there so they can hear her crying in pain and in need of the antibiotic

So there was only me and one other person and there's this Caucasian lady with reddish brownish hair as a cashier and I ask her if she can ring me up she says no because she's helping a customer which is a customer who is doing a self check out and then I asked her I said OK well can you help me self check out she says no I'm helping her like she can help to people at the same time never again will I come here to me she was just racist

I’m in store right now and there is a line of customers waiting to get helped . Pharmacy has already called for help threw the speaker and still nothing going on 15 mins waiting to cash out . Horrible
