Very friendly and helpful staff!! Logan and his crew are very professional and helpful! Such a breathe of fresh air compared to the or original office I rented from in West Monroe, La. Those people are rude and obnoxious. Thank you guys for making my experience so much better!

In theory, they now have an arrangement with the FBOs there at KHOB. So far, my attempt has resulted in nothing short of an infuriating farce. "Secret phone numbers" that Enterprise says they aren't allowed to know, or give out. Empty buildings. A three hour wait to get my car, and another 2+ hours to return it. Excuses, but no business attitude at all. Now, two months later, I have a call from Enterprise in Hobbs, apparently (as best I can decipher) wanting to talk to me about my upcoming reservation for an Edsel in Hobbs. Uh, no! The callback phone number they gave doesn't work either - not surprising. Unlikely that I will give them a second chance, unless I want to test my blood pressure again.

I've rented from there 3 times now. Service has been good. The cars are pretty new ...nice and clean. Very satisfied with the vehicles.

Poor service you call their local number in Hobbs NM and get a reservation and confirmation number and show up to get your vehicle and they tell you they don't have anything but give you another number from Albuquerque NM to make an reservation for Hobbs NM poor service and communication

If I could give it zero stars I would, my dad reserved a car days before and literally went today to pick it up and did not have any cars available, we needed it for funeral emergency and failed us, literally disappointed do not go here

Actually I came for business trip from Europe to United States. I think this is the one of the worst car rental service in United States especially Hobbs,NM. I rented a car for 01/05 - 05/05, I was landed at lea country national airport Hobbs,nm. I went to car rental desk, the lady( Roxanne sandoval) she asked me to wait for few minutes, but it was almost 1hour. After long wait she said they don’t have cars, I don’t know how she is irresponsible for that to deal with the customer. Any way she suggested me to take taxi from Hobbs airport then claim for reimbursement. Next day I mailed her invoice of taxi, she didn’t respond. I mailed to branch head still I didn’t get any response.I thought customer service would be the solution, so I mailed to customer service regarding all this story. Still I didn’t get any response from rental car service.Please aware of enterprise car rental service, once again I’m telling that this is the one of the worst car rental service in United States.

The staff at this location seems to be incentivized to treat customers like garbage. I regularly am given keys to cars with flat tires, bumper covers falling off and unexplainable stenches living inside the vehicles. If you dare say anything to the counter agent, you are told, ‘that’s all the cars I have”. If there was a way to fly into Hobbs and rent from absolutely anyone else, I would pay any price.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. They're very disorganized have no detailed information. I had reserved a vehicle which they had called me back canceling. They said if someone returned a rental I was second in line. I find this very unprofessional. If there is not any rentals available there should be some way that they know not to reserve to people.

Had a reservation off of offical enterprise website with a pickup date and time, there was no one at location I stayed there for 2.5 hrs. I called the next day and was told they didn't have any vehicle or reaervation until the 25 which is 5 days after I needed the vehicle. The person at the local company was tring to put blame on the site used. She was unwilling to help. Hobbs NM rental should be listed as a 0 star. Also should not used the nameEnterprise.

The worst customer service. Zero help or support when your insurance company sets up a reservation. You call and schedule your pick up time. And then 3 days later they call to say they don't have a car for you.

Beware beware beware. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. Not sure if it is Enterprise or just the Hobbs location. I never had a problem before. I had the car from June 29 - July 15. They sent me a bill one month later saying that I am responsible for hail damage on the roof of the rental and THERE WAS NO HAIL DURING THAT TIME FRAME in Hobbs, NM. I have proof of being in Hobbs, NM the whole time. I am going to contact the corporate office and if they won’t drop this, then I will be contacting a attorney.
