I called because I was going to be a little late to return something and I had to return it that day they told me they'd stay open if I wasn't there within 1 or 2 minutes after. I got their 2 minutes before and they would not let me return it they had locked the doors

Charges a restocking fee on tools and equipment.
I retuned a tool that was broken that I purchased the extended warranty with. I wanted an even exchange but after 2 weeks of them not having the tool l opted to return it to find it somewhere else to finish the job I had going. The store charged a 50 dollar restock fee on a 230 dollar tool.
When I ask how it my fault the tool broke and they couldn’t get a replacement even though it’s one of the tools they have in this months flyer on sale.
