“The receptionist was very friendly, the place was very clean, the hotel was nice and clean but the food in the cafeteria was unpleasant. They brought me burnt pancakes, burnt sausages, eggs and potatoes that tasted like burnt oil.”

“I’ve stayed in almost every God Forsaken cheap hotel in Texas. Here’s my honest take… this Hotel is either too undervalued on the reviews or they changed management recently. You’ll have Direct TV, Microwave, Fridge and Iron in your room. Room and bathroom are clean and the bed is comfy. It’s NOT NOISY outside or inside which is a big plus nowadays. I would have easily given 5 stars but I stayed for 2 night, went to work in the morning and when I got back my room was not made, so that’s why. VERY FRIENDLY staff. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Lea County Inn is a great place to stay. It is quiet, clean, well maintained, and we felt safe staying here. It is evident that the owner takes pride in this establishment because there is renovation being done to improve the pool area and the grounds are well kept. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. We will stay here again when we come back to Hobbs.”
