The store on broadway customer service was absolutely amazing. The girls were super sweet
And greeted us as soon as we walked in. The staff here made us feel like they actually cared about their customers compared to the store on Joe Harvey. They never checked up on us and were in the front of the store. We had to go to them instead of them coming to us. The employees on this side of town were greatly appreciated and we will continue coming to this store.

I needed an exchange done to a bigger size on some FR Pants an employer bought me, and Hannah helped me tremendously! I'll definitely shop here personally next time I need something for work or even just casual clothes. This was at the main store on Broadway.

Came in today on 2/20/2025 and was greeted at the door by Joselin she guided me to the work boot section and was promptly right behind me, I gave her the boot and size I wanted she found them and even carried them to the register for me. Thank you! I've been here multiple times before and I'll be back again.
