“The best customer service ever ? by far. I promise u if you have to go to AT&T . Don't go to the one across from Wal-Mart. Go here . The lady so knowledgeable that they have what u need in stock. I needed to update my name because I was recently married. I hate having to upload documents online it seems like it takes days for them to update, and finding the right source is such a hassle. I was greeted immediately, and she had the most enjoyable personality as well as performance. In and out within minutes. Very easily made changes to account.
