After receiving such amazing and friendly service, I felt the need to go out of my way and leave a review. I had a very odd problem with my motorhome Paz syncro Town, and between the office girls and Jason one of the technicians they insured, and we got safely back on the road immediately, even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. I can't speak highly enough of the team. It will absolutely return if I'm ever coming through.
If you're in need of any spare parts, they have a huge selection on hand at very reasonable prices.

Contacted them to repair my Rv and had agreed to a price with one of there employees, once job was completed he told me it was going to be a little more than the quote which was fine, once the actual owner called for payment they were 300$ more than original quote and said his employee had made a mistake and was not allowed to give quotes, was extremely rude impolite and using curse words toward me over the phone, I was Not looking for any handouts or discounts but a simple and professional explanation would have been appreciated, work was done good but overall the most rude people you will deal with from Office personal to the owner! Only bright side was the guy who performed the job was great and did his job extremely good!

I am sad to see the one star reviews from years ago still visible on this site. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I was pulling a new-to-me trailer from TN out to Nevada on a two week trip. After a lengthy part of the trip over a fairly rough set of back roads I discovered that the entire lower part the drain for the my black tank had disappeared somewhere along the way. No pipe, no valve, no cover. The good news for those concerned; the tank was cleaned and empty as I had flushed it out the day prior. I was headed to a boondock location that required me to have a working black tank system. A quick search on Google found Mr. B's trailers abut 2hrs away, but along the route. They said they had a good selection of repair parts. Yes they do! My anxiety was quickly relieved after arriving at Mr. B's. The ladies behind the counter in their parts area were extremely helpful and we quickly put together almost everything I needed. The only thing they didn't have was a small section of 3" PVC; but that wasn't a problem because they gave me easy directions to Home Depot to get that last piece of the puzzle. I was able to completely repair my system and I think that the parts I got at Mr. B's were a step up on quality from the original . Excellent customer service. Great selection of RV parts. Highly recommend.
