The woman who helped me with my battery was incredible. She was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating to my problem. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you to her and the employee that installed the battery.

Great customer assistance, all staff sounded very knowledgeable, great pricing, everyone was fast and attentive when customers walked in. Overall very happy and will continue to come here.

I asked the employee why he had such a bad attitude and he replied that if I didn't like it, I should go to the auto zone... the manager came out and kicked me out of the store. They denied me service. in auto zone it's the same. the best option is advance auto parts 11/16/20234:20

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. This used to be my preferred place for parts, but it has been poorly stocked and unprofessional the last several times I have been.

Stepping foot in this O'Reilly Auto Parts should not be as painstaking as it is. I've popped in quite a few times during the year of 2023 and it is still like it used to be over 10 years ago... a long wait at the counter. Next to no help on the floor. I've been to other O'Reilly's. They ain't this slow! Standing in line is a lot like listening to the methodical, monotone role-calling of a certain economics teacher: "Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?" You know what other great movie quote fits in all of my past and recent scenarios at this auto parts store with the great radio jingle? This one... "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." ~ Ferris Maybe O'Reilly's doesn't need to notice how many customers walk out when they don't stop and look around. My workplace doesn't have that luxury!!! I can't recommend this place when I spend several minutes (15-20 is long enough) standing in line and still get no service.

The boss is more worried about getting those big sales on the phone than the customer in front of him. Can't be bothered to help the guy looking for a light bulb, it's not a big sale.. will never shop here again.
