I’ve had the wonderful pleasure of doing business with Dusty, who I will be personally recommending to anybody in need of a new car in the Hobbs area. Dusty went out of his way to make the process smooth and easy, but he was an amazing human being understanding my circumstances and pulled every string. Bought a used raptor. Was constantly lied to and there pre check inspection they don't do. Oil psi sencer went out the next day and the oil feed line to turbo was bad. Worst experience ever. they did tell me to bring it back but if you read reviews on the service department they can't get nothing done and will have your truck months on end. I live in a different state. They refuse to give me a rental even though they sold me a pos

Dusty Thompson always leaves me satisfied. I've never left the store feeling like I needed more from Dusty. He puts in a lot of effort to make sure I'm left satisfied. I don't think any other person there could complete the job quite like Dusty.

I kept getting different time frames as to when my car would be done. There was an issue the first week with my warranty (from the dealership I bought it at), got that straightened. My car was an easy fix, but got pushed down the line even though it was there for a week. It was there for a month, with only 2 cars ahead of mine the last three weeks. Three different times, I got different estimates as to when it would be fixed. Next time I’ll find a different dealership to take my car too, even if I have to drive a couple of hours. I heard too many bad stories about this dealership while my car was there.

had my duramax towed in would not re-gen, They had my truck for two months! took them a month and a half just to look at it, and when they did finally look at it they had to order parts and i had to ask for update then they told me no ETA on parts, parts backordered. very very poor service!!!!

The WORST customer service experience I have ever had in any Chevrolet dealer I’ve been to. I called a day before to check if they were available to check my vehicle, which had engine problems. They said yes you can bring it in tomorrow and we will look at it. I had a tow truck haul it over there the next day and when I got there they asked if I had an appointment. I told them that I called in yesterday. They said that I needed to make an appointment. To make the story short my vehicle was dropped off and I asked when would they have a look at it. They said in a month since they were busy. If they had told me they were busy the day I called I wouldn’t have dropped off my vehicle with them. I would have sent it to another dealer. There was no communication at all, not only did I waste a day of work but money as well on getting a tow truck to haul my vehicle to them. They wasted my time and money, which they didn’t care at all. Nor did they ask if I needed a rental. I left and towed my vehicle out of there the following day. Few days later they call me back asking if I’m going to drop off my keys, told them that my vehicle wasn’t there anymore. They didn’t even know that my vehicle was gone!!! I took my vehicle to another dealer and they did an excellent service than Permian Chevrolet, didn’t have to wait a month to know what was wrong. If Google would be able to give no stars on reviews, I would definitely give Permian Chevrolet ZERO!!

Luke at Permian GMC was great. He never pressured us took his time and was extremely friendly. This is the 4th time we have bought from GMC and each time they treated us great would definitely recommend them

I had a terrible experience with Linda at the Hobbs location. I guess she forgot she had me on the phone after calling me multiple times. She stated that I’m no help. (This was because my husband handles our mortgages and I didn’t know how much they were.) Linda also stated she’s not going to “jump for me”. I asked her to have someone else help me. Very unprofessional. She did say if she said that, that she’s sorry. I am so disappointed that she stated this when I still had her on the phone.

Long post… But if you need your car serviced do not go to Chevrolet Permanian GMC in Hobbs. ?️ Make the drive to Lubbock. You’ll save time and money.‼️ For one, in Hobbs, you’re going to be waiting forever for your car to get fixed. My car only needed one part replaced that would only take 24-48 hours per them, my warranty, and other dealerships. Yet they’ve had my car over 3-4 weeks now. At first they said only 2 cars were ahead of me. When I called for an update all of a sudden 15 cars were ahead of me. This was after I was initially told I was only waiting on parts for my car to get fixed.
Leading to point #2… They are not very transparent. It’s excuse after excuse. They’re not transparent about prices or the time it’ll take them to fix your car. & They get mad when you call for any updates.
Which leads to point #3… Kendra, I believe her name is, has the smartest mouth and is so disrespectful. This situation was also not my only run in with her. This is my second time bringing my car to them. They misdiagnosed my car the first time! Acted liked they had fixed it, turnt off the check engine light and everything, just for it to start acting up the next day! Anyways, during the first diagnostic, she held my car hostage after I would not pay more money than what I was quoted over the phone.
I could go on but I don’t want to type too much. ? Steer clear. ??♀️
