3128 S Eunice Hwy, HobbsBunk's Feed Barn has been around since I was a little girl in the 80s. They have been a small business passed on through the family for nearly 50 years. It's primarily a feed store for livestock and pets. There wasn't anyone around on 3/4/2024 when I walked in the feed sack area which is fairly substantial. No pricing on anything that I noticed. But they had baby chicks in! Also, they had green onions for planting that looked pretty good. I highly suggest you checkout the community board that's hung outside of the "main entrance." They have phone numbers and other info posted for things like border collie puppies, bales of hay, and horse shoe services for sale. Their hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30PM with a lunch break from 12-1. Saturday 8:00AM-noon. Closed on Sunday. Check them out just south of Hobbs on the Eunice Highway.

They were able to get us in last minute after our dog Jesse injured his eye, and everyone was incredibly kind, calm, and efficient during a stressful situation. They took great care of Jesse right away, explained everything clearly, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The staff truly helped ease our worries and made sure we understood the plan for his care. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable veterinary care.

Dal Paso Animal Hospital
1830 N Dal Paso St, HobbsThis has been a great place for us. Dr. Cloward and his staff have always been great with us and our pets. We currently have 2 senior small dogs each 15 plus years old and 2 young mastiff. He has saved our old pups multiple times where they are living an amazing quality of life at their age and does not mind us taking our two in training cane corsos in wheb needed. In severe cases the vet has personally taken time to respond after hours which they have no obligation and they have.
We are so grateful for him and his team. They take great care of our fur family and us. Two others have crossed the rainbow and they did fabulous with this team. Thank you all. God bless. ? ?

Great Plains Veterinary Clinic & Hospital
2720 N Lovington Hwy, HobbsI had a great experience with Great Plains vet. I think a lot of the bad reviews are people under stress and overwhelmed with emotions because for me, yes I was worried about my kittie, but they got the me soonest appointment as possible and even advised me where to go if he worsened. Upon arriving I gave them all the documentation of my cat’s medical history the staff was very friendly and quickly got what needed to be done without spooking my cat, he was even comfortable enough to loaf while we waited. I told them my budget and they were kind enough to give me a discount so that I would be able to afford it. This is a great vet clinic and I recommend it.

323 E Rancho Rd, HobbsWe bought Veda from Dadrianne in 2019. This dog is beautiful. Her parents were imported from Czech. Dadrianne went above and beyond in helping me take care of her the right way from the beginning, making sure I had the info needed. We still order the NuVet supplements required by the contract, and they do seem to help Veda’s health. (She is a dark sable German shepherd). She turned 6 in January & is a huge part of our family.
