“Great store, had alot of different planters and wind chimes than our T/S back home. Got a cool planter for my mom's birthday. I took the picture after i already planted the outdoor aloe vera.”

“Bunk's Feed Barn has been around since I was a little girl in the 80s. They have been a small business passed on through the family for nearly 50 years. It's primarily a feed store for livestock and pets. There wasn't anyone around on 3/4/2024 when I walked in the feed sack area which is fairly substantial. No pricing on anything that I noticed. But they had baby chicks in! Also, they had green onions for planting that looked pretty good. I highly suggest you checkout the community board that's hung outside of the "main entrance." They have phone numbers and other info posted for things like border collie puppies, bales of hay, and horse shoe services for sale. Their hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30PM with a lunch break from 12-1. Saturday 8:00AM-noon. Closed on Sunday. Check them out just south of Hobbs on the Eunice Highway.”

“I recently had the pleasure of taking my 4-year-old Pomeranian to them, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed.First of all, my dog goes to the groomers often and I can honestly say that he is pretty familiar with the process and knows what to expect most of the time regardless of which groomer I take him too. What impressed me the most was how comfortable my dog was throughout the entire grooming process. In the past, my dog has been scared to go to the groomers, but with Petsense, that was not the case. My dog was happy and relaxed, which is a true testament to the care and attention they provide. But let's talk about the grooming itself. My dog's coat was radiant, fluffy, and as white as can be. He smelled amazing, too! And the haircut was better than what I had imagined. I believe that the groomers name was Molly, she really knows how to work with dogs of all breeds, and it's clear that they take pride in their work. All in all, I highly recommend Molly. They're professional, talented, and truly care about their furry clients. If you're looking for a groomer who will go above and beyond to make sure your dog looks and feels their best, look no further. You won't be disappointed.”

“Acosta's Aquariums has been a long-standing small business in the community. I'm an 80s baby & remember coming here often all the way through high school to pick out new friends for my aquariums. I always had a stronger nexus with non-human beings after visiting here even though I never wanted hardly any of them as pets.I brought my young daughters with me on August 23, 2023. This place hasn't really changed one bit. Their fish are mostly healthy looking at affordable prices. They sell freshwater and saltwater fish and other creatures. They still have a room dedicated to birds - namely parakeets, cockatiels, and finches. Another separate room for reptiles, arthropods & arachnid species also still exists. At the front entrance their "furball" critters take precedence... rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, and hedgehogs. I loved their baby tortoises - so darn cute! They seem to sell out quickly of axolotls and ferrets and a few other more rare animals. All of the supplies you would need are sold here too. I know several folks who come here for mice for their snakes and crickets for their frogs and bearded dragons. The owners are super friendly & ready to assist you. I'm hoping my daughters will continue to do well in school and such so they may earn the privilege of taking one of these critters home one day... Please support this one of its kind business in Hobbs, NM.”
