I will stop going to the pilot travel center in Hobbs NM , twice have I stoped there and oil filed trucks are parked in the handicap parking spaces , employee say Tay can't ask them to move and the manager is the same way , because of them not trying to inforce handicap parking space in will no longer stop there

Well been here several times... And it's usually crowded.... However this time was much different... It was evening and wasn't crowded.. so my co-worker and I decided to stop and grab a bite... The subway was serving customers and it was several customers with my co worker and myself waiting to be served... One of the other customers waiting with us notice no one was at any of the registers... We waited at least 10 minutes when my coworker was worried something my have been wrong.. He looked be he called out for assistance no answer... So as the other customers we all became concerned... He then walked behind the counter and checked to see if something was wrong.. that is when one of the employees standing around asked is there anything he needed.. As my coworker said yes and proceeded to explain that several customers are waiting and have been for at least 10 minutes to be help.. the employee then said we don't want your money and please leave... So we both left... We both are perplexed at how you have no one attending the store for more than 10 mins... Allowing shoppers to come and go at will. He was extremely rude when he and the others are in the back and have no idea what is going on in the store.. maybe more training is needed.but the being rude is very unacceptable.. especially when they weren't doing anything but talking in the back.

Been here 20 mins and have gotten 3.7 gallons of diesel. At this rate it will take me 2 hours to fill up.

At night they lower the water temperature and maybe even turn off the hot water in the showers👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

They are so disrespectful and rude. They talk to you in English and then tell you in Spanish that they don’t understand. English management is very poor. They just let the employees throw around the food. Call people by their race completely disrespectful. This has to be the worst place ever but it’s lost resort

Not stocked at all. Sandwich and salads where completely bare... subway was out of everything but bread and mayo.. what a joke why even be open if you can't offer anything but bread and mayo..

With a “what’s up” ! and a bad actitud !!!
Trying to get some food the other persons working there im guessing the supervisor was just standing there watching this guy handle all the costumers
Went to check out
Have an age restriction at the register the same tall guy and all of them just stud there talking to each other so I have to actually ask for help and this tall guy come with an even worse actitud !!!
IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB JUST QUIT AND GO HOME !!!!

This pilot has a night manager who is racist.Her name is Serenity, Her and the young employees stand around the registers just hanging out.10 drivers in line for showers with 2 showers dirty for more than 30min at a time until I said something and she became racist against me and called police and refused me a shower after waiting for 2hr because I asked to please clean showers after 30min of everyone just standing around, Drivers were restless and extremely tired waiting for showers by this time being close to 10pm. She should not be in charge of a store with the young racist mentality in a pilot who makes most of their money from Hispanics like myself. When police arrived they realized she was a liar after witnesses and the manager that took over her shift told them she was wrong and very unprofessional lying on me. I will be calling corporate about the only Pilot in Hobbs that has a racist Caucasian woman lying on customers to police to pull the she is above minority whom Pilot makes most of their money.
I will also say that police and night manager said we could shower when she left after shift and Serenity then proceeded to call Kasandrra and lie to her like she did to police,Kasandra then believing her against the police’s word because they were also minorities,Kasandra and Serenity both being Caucasian. Again I will be calling corporate about this matter and if there is not a change about with this woman I will then call the media and make sure the Hispanics in Hobbs know what they are dealing with in this Pilot.

Driver experience. I found this Pilot to be fairly clean and friendly. There's only 3 showers, but mine was spacious and clean and had decent water temperature and pressure. There are A LOT of oil field trucks, and it seems like the truck parking was designed for them, the spaces are short and the lot fairly tight. Your food options are Subway and PJ Fresh. There is laundry that works but gets destroyed by oil field drivers. There's not really any "grass," it's the desert, so hopefully, your dog is good going on sand. If you're a driver and need a stop, this isn't a bad place to be in Hobbs
