They have worked with me when I was late and couldn't make it. They even worked with me when I was in the hospital with sepsis after my major knee surgery. They have the best customer service and very sweet polite and helpful. They are very understanding. Please come here for all your needs. They will help you.

Terrible don’t even have the products advertised and still wanted all my personal info and payment before checking to see if they even have the items. And took a long time to give me my refund. Didn’t even honor the down payment or deal offered to me online. Very Misleading company

Great customer service, The lady who helped me was awesome. I went in there 2 weeks prior looking for bunk beds and she let me know they didn’t have any in stock but there was some coming in on order. She took my name and number and called me as soon as they got them in. She was quick with the process and explained everything to me.

Got a refrigerator because we were in a bind. Never work right from the time they delivered it. We ask if we could exchange it for a different one and was told that we could but wouldn't get any credit from what we had paid towards a different one, we'd have to start over on payments. Every time you call to make a payment over the phone expect to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes or more.
