This facility is good for the location and the prices.It's only been a few months since new ownership. So far, the updates have been nice. Couple years back my unit was broken into and everything was taken. There are cameras, but it just so happened the camera didn't reach where my unit was and the recordings only went back so far. I was disappointed I didn't get much assistance from the previous owners on helping me find out who broke into my unit, especially with there being only one way to come in and go out with a camera located at the entrance/exit. Moving forward, I'm hoping security is upgraded and all units need to be under surveillance. Also, the recordings need to stay on file more than just a day or two. Eventually, a security gate with code entry would be nice. Just a suggestion for an extra piece of mind.

I have really enjoyed having my storage room with your company. The staff has been very helpful and extremely polite. I have had no issues with anything. This is a great place to rent storage from.

I’ve stored with you all for over 1yr and a half and now your telling me I need insurance, that should be our own decision if we would like insurance or not. Although Manager of the facility Phylis is a really nice lady she is very friendly
