Store hours advertised closing at 8 pm. Went there at 7:40 pm it was closed. Advertise fax service. I was told 04/18/23 they have no fax service. False advertising? Or they just don't give a hoot about their customers. I will drive to Lubbock if i need to. No more staples for me. If you go out of business you know why. BAD SERVICE!

Staples has always been the go-to place for office supplies in Hobbs. The service has been better than I remember. That being said, I've noticed a lack of professionalism during a few visits... namely, inappropriate topic discussions at the front register and the newest stocking guy frequently cussing while talking to another employee. It's one thing to speak freely with your supervisor behind closed doors, but another to be so careless and vile within a customer's earshot. I've picked up blue prints and a few other print jobs for my boss here. No major issues other than having to wait an extra 10 minutes because they didn't notice his second request in their sytem. They were apologetic. The store is large and organized well. Large, spacious parking lot to match your shopping experience. On another (albeit rather silly) note, I'm glad they named it "Staples" and not something arbitrary like "Rulers" or "Erasers" or "Letter Openers." While rulers, erasers, and letter openers certainly are handy tools in the office, actual staples help keep important stuff together. So do "Paper Clips," but would have been way too long to say and shortening it to "Clips" could cause even more confusion. Keep your office and/or school life together. Go to Staples.

I waited to mail a pkg. there were 3 female workers talking and one texting the entire time, never looked my way or stated they'dbe right with me. The worker at the register saw me waiting and the workers ignoring and also did not acknowledge or say anything. Horrible customer service, which led me to take my business elsewhere.

What a great end to my day. Aaron and Megan went above and beyond. I was able to go home happy and 100% satisfied with the most excellent customer service shown by both individuals. I went in and found what I wanted. The best feeling knowing that I didn't need to run around and take anymore risk. Thank you for working during this covid crisis.

I visited this facility last Sunday to post a box via UPS and was attended by 2 employees. Manager Juan Carlos couldn't use a measuring tape, he didn't know how to measure the box and kept looking and me to acknowledge and asking how much was a foot (measurement). If that was not enough, he entered wrong measurements in the UPS system and intended to charge me the double of the value that was informed by the first employee.
