Never again will I go in to pay my bill, I went in mid last week and I was treated very rudely. The young lady that assisted me was very unprofessional and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. I should've stuck with Kinetic.

The TV and internet are often blinking on and off . Call center is terrible .I spent hours on the phone only to get a scrambled recording !Service tech was personable but she was gone 30 minutes before my service failed again ! My TV service was down for about 5 hours a few days ago . Do yourself a favor , find another TV and internet service . TDS is just bad service . Truly not worth the cost .

The internet doesn't work 90% of the time and when it does its really slow. Definitely not worth what we pay for it.

Horrible customer service. Got the run around for almost a year trying to switch account holders/cancel an account. Oh and the internet service is trash as well.

The worst laggy internet I’ve had so far I moved and disconnected it and they sent me a bill for $450 saying I had their equipment and if I sent it back after I had bought my own because they couldn’t troubleshoot theirs and I had to wait 2 days for them to send new equipment or buy my own so I did that. Now they took $100 off for the equipment and sent it to a collection agency when I can’t get a detailed bill for why it’s so high. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Absolutely the worst internet I've ever had in my life and ive been deployed to Afghanistan. It honestly drops 10 times a day. I am currently leaving this review on service drop #8 in a 3 hour period. I will be canceling my service first thing in the morning. I'd rather have no internet than deal with this frustration.

Trash service trash customer service charged me 200 dollars 3 months after I had the internet disconnected and tried to say I took their equipment when I bought my own router and the technician took their's back.

I've had TDS for over 3 years now, and only had an issue ONE time. They were able to get the problem resolved within an hour. Definitely recommend!

No one seems to know anything here. Took over a week yo tell me they couldn't install at my address. Of course, this was after they got $300 out of me for service that should have been canceled when I moved a year and a half ago. Now, I am just getting the run around and hung up on. Horrible customer service. Anyone else find it funny that TDS is holding at 3 stars when most reviews give the 2 or less? They must be paying Google a pretty penny to fudge the numbers. Seems Google reviews aren't as accurate as I would have hoped. If a company has enough money, they can pay to look good even if their service is horrible

Do not ever try to get out your way on the mornings they will refuse to give you service i went out my way and even got late to work bcs they open at 8 got in there at 8:15 and they told me they open at 8:45 which i knew it was a lie. Terrible employees. They should have a everything ready before they have to open thier doors to costumers.
