This location is just messy and ugly, and the staff is unhelpful

I just went in for a return of merchandise. A young clerk needed to get help to process the return. A man named Dalo or Galo or something like that came over and proceeded to process the return. I had the receipt, packaging and merchandise was intact. He began questioning why I waited so long to return the merchandise and that it was suspicious. I asked why and he said people in our area do this all the time. I threw out a few reasons, I was out of town, the holidays. He continued why didn't I return it after a week or bring it back on my way into town. A customer waiting was getting flustered and made a comment about just getting it done. I asked him why he was harassing me. He said I made it right before the 30 days. I said, either you process it or don't and I'll contact corporate.
He is a very poor example of customer service. I have managed and trained others in customer service my entire career, and his behavior and actions was unacceptable. I hope the new employee does not pick up his poor customer service habits. I will be following this up the chain of command.

The worker here chased out my nephews for one of my nephew pulling up his pants; guess he should've just let it fall off, so he wouldn't get chased out. She said it was in her camera view and that it looked suspicious. I think it was more of how they were dressed because right when they entered the store she went straight to the office. If she thought they were stealing she should've ask them to empty their pockets and she would've seen that they weren't stealing like other stores would.

Overall a good store but always stuff in the aisles. The workers are always late opening the store. Never anyone to ring out customers, they tell you to self check out while they sit in the office. This morning there were customers waiting after 8am outside while the worker was sitting in her car in front. She finally came to open the door 5 mins after. Sorry but the store sign says open at 8AM and that’s what some wait for. And this happens a lot so I always try to avoid this store unless I have absolutely no choice. If ur in a rush in the morning. I suggest Troy king dollar general or Hogback first

Under new management, and it shows! The store is more welcoming, put together and friendly. The manager was friendly, courteous, informative. I received great customer service.

ALWAYS PRODUCTS in the isles! How hard is it to put away the products?! And this store is always close around 7? Giving you enough time to get things cleared on the isles ? And outside sign is off, does that mean the store is closed ?
