Treadworks is a tire service business known for its friendly staff and helpful services. Customers appreciate the free tire rotations and repairs that come with tire purchases. Many reviews highlight the courteous and accommodating nature of the employees, making visits pleasant, especially for newcomers to the area. One customer expressed gratitude for the assistance provided to their mother, who received free tire inflation and helpful advice on maintaining proper tire pressure. However, some reviews point out issues with quality control, particularly regarding tire pressure after installation. One customer experienced uneven tire pressure, leading to issues such as pulling to the right and bouncing. After adjusting the pressures themselves, they noted an improvement in their vehicle's performance. Despite these concerns, Treadworks remains a popular choice in Kirtland, NM, where customers can expect quick service and valuable assistance. Appointments are recommended for non-emergency services to ensure timely attention. Overall, Treadworks aims to provide a positive experience, though attention to detail in tire pressure management could enhance their service quality.
