Everytime time I go to pick up mail in which I have Informed Delivery so it tells what’s in the box and I open it and it’s only ever the junk mail. I have had 3 US Treasury letters held past the 10 day cashing date and I check every day. I only ever receive my ACTUAL mail every 2 weeks because of this ‘routine’. This post master has been here for years and has been inconsistent throughout those years

The clerk here is fantastic; she knows what she's doing and follows the rules. Like another reviewer said, there are signs posted all over with pertinent info, so people coming in and getting nasty over things is just so strange.
Will be moving soon and hope the postal workers in our new town will be as competent as Debora.

This post office is always clean and decorated for holidays! Debora does a fantastic job of keeping up with everything and is always so pleasant and kind when we have to pick up packages.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about. I go here almost every day to get my mail, and the clerk is kind and professional. She is direct and to the point when people ask questions; perhaps people mistake that for being rude? Maybe some people shouldn't walk in with a bad attitude or unrealistic expectations?
Someone mentioned the post office gets broken into and the clerk lets her friends hang out in the back. What a load of nonsense. The only people I've ever seen in the back were couriers and supervisors. The clerk here is all about following the rules, and in all the times I've been here, I've never seen a single unauthorized person in the back. And who is breaking in? The front door is unlocked, so anyone can come in and get their mail, even over the weekend. If your mail is being stolen, it's certainly not the fault of this clerk.
Someone also mentioned that they were given a hard time for their old label not being blacked out enough. Um, that's post office policy. It's on the sign by the door. You can't miss it, people. Open your eyes when you walk in. And see attached photos of the sign by the door (and other signs people should read). Don't blame the clerk for USPS company-wide policy.
Please, people. Be competent.

Extremely rude and unprofessional Post Master. I don't know how she has her job without any customer service skills and a complete lack of professionalism. It's no wonder this post office gets broke into and mail lost, she lets her in friends in the back to hang out.
