Never rented remotely before and was having difficulty at first but Liz was more than helpful and walked me thru my rental process. Very great facility and staff!

They took over my storage unit facility from another company and immediately removed office staff. So no help available or restrooms anymore. I had to ask a stranger for help to get my unit open because the latch wouldn't slide and they don't care enough to staff the place to make it safe for their customers. Luckily the strangers were kind or I wouldn't have been able to access my unit. They also immediately raised the price. Overall they have had a very negative impact since taking ownership.

Went in the Sonoma ranch location to just see about the prices and the ladies there were so nice and helpful I ended up going ahead and getting a 10x10. After I started my move I realized it was way to small and I saw at their other location on Bataan memorial had a 10x25 for a great price. I went to the office and the same ladies were there and happily transferred me to the new unit! Super happy with how quick and simple everything was and the manager was super sweet and helpful! 10/10 definitely recommend!

I had an issue with billing and went directly to the Sonoma Ranch office where Lihleha took care of me and corrected my account immediately. Excellent customer service! She is the reason I am still using US Storage.

Experience here at this storage unit was very nice lyllah was especially nice very helpful in explaining how everything works here her coworker as well was very helpful in making sure i understood everything very good customer service will recommend to others!

Nice facility w/ good selection of storage sizes. Took a bit of back and forth to get all the details set up, but all good in the end. Layla was nice to deal with in getting us set up.

Lyllah was so helpful and friendly, I have never rented a storage shed before and she walked me through it, answered all my questions Also, I had not used my storage shed quite yet, and she did call to check on me and I felt that was extremely nice and professional, I definitely would recommend your company
