Agent Kameron Hoddad has failed to refund my money from a policy for my Dad. My Dad died. Policy was never signed. Kameron agreed it would be refunded. Chassing him since August of 2023. Still no refund. I will file with the BBB..i left messages for his supervisors Christine and Ted. Never a return response.

AAA roadside assistance never arrived to help with a car that wouldn't start in a Wendy's parking lot last week. The automated system said that "Dave's Service" would arrive shortly. It never did. I then spoke to a real person but was put on hold and never got a voice again. "Dave" finally called and said that he was on a towing job in Alamogordo - 70 miles away! I'm a member of AAA, but this was terrible service, rather NO service! Janet P.

If it could be less than 0, it would be that. I have been a member for 22 years. I called to have a car towed. The virtual assist is absolutely horrible. After waiting 2 hours for the tow truck I get a call that the tow company can't assist and they would have to get another company. But it was considered a courtesy tow and I would have to pay. This has never been a problem before and having wasted my time I am very angry

After working an overnight shift, I walked out to my car and could not unlock my door. I called Autoclub service for help. A tech named Armando arrived within a half hour and diagnosed that it was my key fob battery that was dead. Armando replaced it and I was soon on my way home. Armando was polite, professional, and a great help. I have been with AAA for forty years and this was my first service call. I highly recommend AAA and their service.

A little over a week ago I had a blowout on I-25 South going from Las Cruces, NM, to La Mesa, NM, where I live. It was nighttime and I was alone. I called AAA and gave them details they asked for, including my exact location. The woman I spoke to was very courteous. When I explained the situation she said she would elevate the call to high priority and informed me that Dave's Towing would be there in about 35 minutes. I called my husband and he said he would come and stay with me. He got there in about 35 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes and still no Dave's Towing. So my husband, who is 79 years old and suffers from Parkinson's, decided he would change the tire, which he did, but not without a lot of struggling. Still no Dave's Towing. By the time we got home it was 2am. We had a similar experience about a year or two ago. That time my husband and I were together. We waited hours and my husband finally changed the tire himself. To be fair, I don't know if the fault is with AAA or Dave's Towing, but I will probably changed to a different auto club anyway.

Called AAA National Numberand they told me the Las Cruces office would assist in registering our vehicles from out of state. Sign on door said they had no MVD forms and was not doing any MVD processing. How hard is it to go pick up forms or even print some?(MVD) express is a block away. Had to register at MVD--- could not have been more cooperative. Going to cancel my AAA membership.

After 30 years with AAA, I had to go with a different company. AAA does not take into account that the reason one of my vehicles has a lot of miles each year is because we use that vehicle when we go travel into Mexico.
