They kept rising the cost of the storage without letting you know. A biggest rip off business. Don't rent storage there at all. They also did nothing about people who stole my items. The person also rented the storage there. How did they get in? There you go. The shld have kicked him out permanently, take his stuff. Nope. No actions were taken. They don't care about your things or you! They are snake...slithering by rising money secretly. Horrible.

Very unprofessional business, they advertise security, MY TRAILER got broken into after 3 days of being there under surveillance. Come to find out there were 6 trailers that had been vandalized. Yet no one knew about it. All i got was an "I'm sorry" just wished that I'm sorry would fix my camper trailer.

I've had a storage unit here probably 4-5 years now and never had one issue. They are always friendly, helpful, and understanding. Today I visited my unit for the first time in over a year and couldn't get the latch open. Two older gentlemen walked out with me and put a new latch on in five minutes. They even cleaned out the accumulated dirt in the door jamb. Same goes for billing. It's been quick, easy and problem free. My second storage is with another company. I've had that for almost 20 years and can't say their customer service and bill pay is anywhere close to Absolute Storage.

I have parked my RV and other vehicle for a year as well as rented a storage space and had no trouble whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the service is speedy. Highly recommended.
