Yep took my olds mobile alero for a serpentine belt they fixed everything but that over $600 when they brought the car back it had no oil (I had to call them up a man came to fill) like what? Anyway I told them that the issue had not been fixed -they pretty much had nothing to say to me it was like “we did what we could and now we need you to pay” anyway took it to this private mechanic $30 dlls to fix the issue (I paid for the parts $60) this place is a scam, I hate how they used Christian music as is tho they were honest and didn’t take advantage of people.

Excellent & personal service with a scheduled appointment. When another tire company tried to sell me a new (expensive) tire, Bill Adams was able to fix my flat tire both quickly and very professionally. These people at Adams Tire & Lube are both extremely capable as well as entirely honest with their customers. I always turn to them first for my non-warranty car concerns, as their answers can certainly be trusted!

I went for all the fluid changes - radiator flush, brake fluid etc - because it had been way too long since all that had been done. They forgot to put any power steering fluid back in! I got about half way home and realized what they had done.So I'm not taking my vehicle here any more. What if next time they forget the oil or a screw or something.

Rick and the staff at Adams Tire & Auto accomplished a difficult task in a timely manner, and charged a reasonable price. I like the confidence I now have to drive out in the desert, having had the full AAA-specified inspection and maintenance of a car that had been sitting the whole two years of the pandemic.Very high on my list for my next auto issue.

Today I called Jason at the shop and told him my predicament. I was staying at a nearby campground and noticed two wires hanging out from under my car almost dragging on the ground. Since I was doing a long road trip from Missouri to California to go to work, as a solo female traveler I was very concerned that if I didn’t get this looked at it could cause me serious problems later on my trip. These guys are quick, honest, reliable and do not price gouge. This means a lot to me. Because very often mechanics try to take advantage of women, especially solo travelers from out of town. I highly recommend taking your car here. I have a sense of relief that I can now travel and not worry about my cables hanging down anymore. Thanks to these guys I can now relax and enjoy my trip without worry.

Both Jason and his dad were really nice. I highly recommend taking your car here. I have a sense of relief that I can now travel and not worry about my cables hanging down anymore. Thanks to these guys I can relax and enjoy the rest of my trip without worry. Support local businesses like this one. You won't be sorry.

worst experience i’ve ever had with a mechanic charged me 91 dollars to do an oil change on a 76 bug kept it for 5 days the only updates i got were when i called because there was no word on they’re side and i also had him check some of the wiring. when i got my car back all my carpet was torn up and my battery cannot hold power any more when i called to ask if they messed with the battery he said no but obviously it had to be whatever they were doing with the wires i used to take all my cars here and recommend them to everyone but i will never come here again.

Friendly staff, prices are some of the lowest in Las Cruces. Full service automotive shop that doesn't try to rip you off.

Our van broke down when we were camping. The guys at AAA recommended they drop us off at Adams. We presumed something was wrong with our fuel pump and sure enough after an hour or so wait, they told us our fuel pump was dead and they could order us a new one that would be there the following day. We are musicians on tour and had an extra day to spare to fix the van and get us back en route for Texas.Next day, new fuel pump arrives and doesn't work. Blamed it on faulty parts. So they had to order another one from El Paso. 2nd new fuel pump arrives and again, doesnt work. We make it about 500ft down the roadbefore the van up and dies. They have to replace some part located on the fuel pump to get it working. In my mind I am baffled. Literally 2 new fuel pumps and both somehow dont work out the gates? To me, I had a feeling that the fuel pump wasn't the problem. But, they insisted it must be this part on the fuel pump that wasn't working. So we book our 2nd night at a hotel, and they come in on their day off, Saturday, to fix it. While I was grateful, when they said things like, "well we're not making any money on this", all I could think of is how I had to cancel two shows and book two nights in Las Cruces, totally $2000 in loss.Once our van started working, it wasn't long into our journey that our van would again, die. So now we're stuck in the middle of Texas having the same issues we had when we dropped off our van.We had a mobile mechanic show up and diagnose the problem. We had a loose ground connection on the fuel pump connector. This would explain why every fuel pump they installed had issues and didnt work to begin with. He quickly fixed the problem and we've been fine for the last few weeks with no issues.Waste of $700+ on a misdiagnosis. Wish I could get my money back.

Broke down in El Paso... got my car towed all the way to Cruces where my daughter lives... Had to take a day and a half to fix it but they were super fair with their price and took care of my car! Awesome! Rick is a gem!
