Definitely need better security guards didn't really do anything during a shop lifting incident while another customer tried to stop shop lifter and got punched in the face

Customer service in this store has dropped substantially. They want you to self check-out, and the registers or their systems are not set to the correct listed prices. Then if you pay with cash the register eats your money. If you ask for help on anything it's like you are bothering the employees.

Getting last items for Thanksgiving, no checkers, no customer service, no carts that didn’t have flat spots on the wheels which literally make you feel like your pushing a roller coaster, nothing open but the self checkout and the line was so long it blocked everyone coming in. It’s bad enough we spend over exaggerated prices on no name brands that we check out ourselves and if you have a problem, take it up with the store. So here I am. I probably won’t even get a response but people I’m here to tell ya, we don’t have an abundance of grocery stores and I refuse to eat anything from Walmart anymore cause of recalls so something has to be done about this! This is ridiculous!

While a customer was screaming at various associates their Store Director Annie ignored several requests to assist but was seemingly too busy searching for snack in the back.

I would be wary when purchasing veggie snack packs from here. I’ve given them three chances as I know everyone has off days and all three times the vegetables have been off. Very disappointing.

One of your. Mark curtesy clerks has gotten really nasty, he follow me around the store as if am a shoplifter, when check out and he ask if i need help and i say NO he is still there. As i walk out of the store he follow me to my truck and stands there waiting as if i am suppose to tip him, he has tried to take the shopping cart as i am taking the last bag out. Have talked to the management but mark still continues, as if HE is the boss and does not have to listen to the managers.
