I went to their flower section intending to pre-order flowers for Valentine's. The worker at the counter said that I would have to come back when the manager is there in order to make an order. So I return another day, only to be told that the flower section isn't open all day and I would have to come back earlier in the day. The third time, I was finally told that they wouldn't even be doing order because they wouldn't have the space to store them. I'm not mad about these policies, I'm just frustrated that it took me three tries just to get nowhere.

Consistent in quality, adequate supply, service, cleanliness, willingness to accommodate customers needs, confusion and price discrepancies.
My only complaint: the app is the most ridiculously unnecessarily complicated feature, even though it does save me lots. But, always check receipts because self registers are equally difficult to see what the price of each item was with discounts applied.

This produce does not spoil the moment you walk out of the store unlike Walmart produce. The offer a better selection of products and availability.

Gorgeous store but unreliable. Placed a pickup order 6hours in advance and somehow they only started shopping for it 30 minutes after the time I'd scheduled to pick it up. Just curious how that even happens 😭?

I really like the old Albertsons and miss them. The new Albertsons markets are not as good as the old Albertsons. I'm glad to have them in Las Cruces.

Thru no fault of my own, I needed to get a couple of refunds back due to being overcharged, etc.. Went back to store at 8:40 PM.. self service gal first was telling me that Id need to come back next day because customer service was closed. Finally convinced her to call a manager-"Megan"... Who did proceed to help me. However apparently when they 'give' you back your money you are due, it cannot go back on original card unless you used it like a credit card! Had to take cash. Stupid and probably not true 'rule'...!?! Really a big hassle!- El Paseo Rd Albertsons

Seriously some of the slowest checkout in New Mexico, and that’s saying a lot. Having one register and self checkout open means you have ONE check stand open. Support your community and hire more people!

Being a youthful 81 year old, I shop ONLY where I do not have to work for FREE. Where there'friendly cashiers and someone to bag my purchases.
Albertsons provides both wirh a smile!
