“Maintenance did a wonderful job. I know these guys have to take care of 320 plus units so I’m sure they’re very busy everyday. I put in a request Tuesday evening, they came by Wednesday afternoon and installed a new washer Thursday morning! Also, anytime I interact with them they are always friendly and professional. So again, these guys did a wonderful job!”
“This is my 3rd year here with two different roomates and I haven't had any problems that haven't been taken care of. Maintenance is always pretty quick and I have found the office staff helpful but sometimes it does take a couple days to get info back. It did take my first roommate a little time to get paperwork approved but I know she got her money back when she left and liked it . Overall its worth it .”
“I can’t speak to the experiences of those who’ve left negative reviews other than to say that having worked in the service industry, I know firsthand how excessive the expectations of many people are. The entire process of applying, signing paperwork and moving into Pavilions was a breeze—and we moved here sight unseen from the East Coast. Megan was prompt and professional, they were flexible in adjusting our move-in date and the broader complex and unit itself are in great condition. It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly, the apartment is spacious and the amenities are great. Most people who take the time to write reviews do so out of anger so I paid no mind to the reviews I saw prior to moving in. But now that I’m here, I felt it was necessary to write an objective review about our new home, which we love. Be a respectful renter and you’ll find your landlords easy to work with.”
“I love the Verge!! I appreciate the staff that dedicate their time and effort to ensure we are actively engaging with one another and get to know one another by hosting events. I highly recommend moving to the verge, a great perk of living here is that you have your own bathroom and it’s walking distance from NMSU. If you like to party you can just walk right across to Whisky Dick’s.”
