“Maintenance did a wonderful job. I know these guys have to take care of 320 plus units so I’m sure they’re very busy everyday. I put in a request Tuesday evening, they came by Wednesday afternoon and installed a new washer Thursday morning! Also, anytime I interact with them they are always friendly and professional. So again, these guys did a wonderful job!”

“From the moment I walked in to tour the apartments, The amenities offered are a significant draw, particularly the fitness center and the swimming pool, which are always kept clean and are rarely overcrowded. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping centers, and restaurants.It has been a pleasure living here. And everyone that works the front office is very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend the Pavilions apartments to everyone”
“This is my 3rd year here with two different roomates and I haven't had any problems that haven't been taken care of. Maintenance is always pretty quick and I have found the office staff helpful but sometimes it does take a couple days to get info back. It did take my first roommate a little time to get paperwork approved but I know she got her money back when she left and liked it . Overall its worth it .”

“I love the Verge!! I appreciate the staff that dedicate their time and effort to ensure we are actively engaging with one another and get to know one another by hosting events. I highly recommend moving to the verge, a great perk of living here is that you have your own bathroom and it’s walking distance from NMSU. If you like to party you can just walk right across to Whisky Dick’s.”
