I had to walk half a block to pay my bill. 40 parking spaces and not 1 space is reserved for At&t customers. The location is Lohman in Las Cruces, N.M. Time to take your business elsewhere. These people don't care.

Mr. Huerta was very polite, knowing that I was very tech challenged. He listened to what my issues were and was determined to fix my issue with my group messages. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process.

Went to change my phone number. Was told there would be no charge. 2 weeks later my bill is $80 more than usual. Called 611 and found out that my phone number wasn’t changed, but that a 2nd phone number was added to my account. So I payed for an activation fee and a phone number I wasn’t using. Was told I need to go back to the store to fix the issue. Went back to the store and was “helped” by Zeke. Zeke was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that the extra charges on my account were legit and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked to deactivate my account and was given a number to call. Called the support number and explained everything above. Was told for the second time that I should not have been charged for an activation fee and old phone number when all I wanted to to was a number change. Was offered $50 in AT&T credit. Decided to go with T-Mobile.
