Todd was the customer service representative that assisted me today and he was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions in regards to my account answered was very knowledgeable of my options for the present and in the future. This was a wonderful experience today and I look forward to Todd or any representative at this location being able to assist me or any current or future AT&T customers.

Laura was amazing! My boyfriend and I were switching to AT&T which also involved multiple changes with my family’s plan. Laura was incredibly helpful, friendly and patient for staying after hours to help us go home with everything addressed. Search customer service in the dictionary and you’ll see Laura!! ☺️

Noah did an amazing job getting me the best deal on the new iPhone. He got my payment lower than what I was paying at Verizon. An error occurred with the phone transfer, however. Noah helped me through every step, and got it figured out professionally and in a timely manner.
