“After a road trip north my windshield was blasted with 8 chips and cracks. I was very skeptical about taking my 2020 cadillac xt4 to rays because unfortunately we live in a world where if the price is to good you feel like you're getting ripped off. I was also worried about camera calibration but after picking up the vehicle everything was tip top shape cameras working properly and quality and cleanness of work was A+ couldn't even tell the windshield had been replaced. Would recommend Rays for your glass needs, I'm glad I didn't pay double at safelite or speedy glass!”

“My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and we have a 40’ straight truck with a custom sleeper. We basically have a camper that we haul freight with. When we are down for the weekends, we prefer to stay at campgrounds. We arrived in Las Cruces Friday afternoon, checked into campground, went to hook everything up and there was an issue. As soon as we plugged in smoked started filling the sleeper and outside as well. Husband quickly unplugged everything. Our shore power cord was fried. Also the wires going into the truck were burned a couple inches. We looked for a close by rv repair close by. We were 2 miles from Holiday World. We hurried over there and Mr “Nacho”, service manger came to look at our problem. He said they could fix it but not Friday. I was afraid he was going to say it would be a couple weeks. We were thrilled that he asked if we could be there at 900 am Saturday morning. We said absolutely!
We arrived Sat morning they got us right in. We were kept up to date as to what was found and the plan for repair. We were done and driving away before noon.
There is nothing negative we can say about this experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They are also pet friendly which is important as well.
While we didn’t want to have to spend time in the repair shop, we are so thankful we came across Holiday World and their staff. I hope we don’t have to see them again but if we are in the area and have issues we wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Erik E was awesome, he helped us choose the correct lights and even helped us test them and install them to make sure they were put in correctly. He stayed with us through the whole process. Drove to my house and jump started my truck within 5 min. Went back and they installed my new battery quickly. Had me on the road again in less then an hour. The time estimates can be on the long side, but both times I've had my car worked on, they've finished days or weeks earlier than scheduled with great results. Luis always goes above and beyond making sure everything works great and that I have my car back when I really need it. It's such a relief to find such a trustworthy shop. They really make good on the warranty on their work as well.”
“We had traveled from Kansas City to Las Cruces last week. Only two hours into our trip we began hearing a noise from the muffler area. My husband crawled underneath the car and determined that it was not going to be a problem as we continued our trip. We got into Las Cruces Saturday evening. My husband looked online and found Valley Muffler. He drove there Monday morning and arrived 10 minutes before opening. He called the phone number listed and Ernest came right out. He diagnosed the problem, offered two solutions then fixed the problem all within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. We are very thankful for Ernest and his thoughtfulness to get us in immediately and fix our problem. The trip home was much more quiet!”

Wide isles, clean floors and a staff that is ready ro help with expert advice.This store has a very large inventory, and very rarely do they need to order anything for you. And if they special order anything for you, it arrives that day, or by next morning.Easy to find items that you may need, due to 2 main isles and clearly marked overhead inventory descriptions for all the rows.They can troubleshoot engine light issues and battery/alternator issues quickly for free, saving you hundreds at the auto repair shop just to tell you what is wrong.They loan out tools that are very expensive so you do not need to purchase to only use one time.Never a wait, and you seem to always be first in line.During my last visit in March 2023, I was telling a sales associate Lisa the problems I was having across the street at AutoZone and Lisa immediately gave me a 10% discount and told me to never go back to them, and do all my auto parts shopping here from now on.This store on the west side of Las Cruces is never busy, so drive here for faster friendlier service for all your auto parts needs.”

“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day.
