“I brought my car in for an electrical diagnostic after I was told that my fairly new battery wouldn’t hold a charge. They squeezed my vehicle in to the work schedule and had the issue worked out in just a few hours. Turns out my new battery had a bad cell that the battery shop had missed during their check. K&S had the batteries swapped in no time at all and I was able to pick my vehicle up before noon that same day.
