My F-150 stereo kept resetting itself so I made an appointment to get it fixed.Brought it in and they found the issue so we had to order a part. Came back to install part once it came in and after they installed it I noticed the USB ports stopped working. Called and made another appointment. Came back for third time and they looked and said couldn't find problem because internet was down but assured me they looked and all hook ups were connected so I would have to come back a fourth time when internet was back. Showed up today at 7:45 am for my appointment and at 11 am they came back and said they found the problem that in fact they forgot to plug in some wires in back (the ones they said were plugged in last time). So left dealership and then realized my satellite stereo wasn't working! So here I am sitting in the waiting room for the 5th time for the same problem.

So I'm sitting outside the dealership... Borman Hyundai but I have a Ford Mustang and the Ford dealership is next-door. So I asked the Ford dealership. What is their guess about how much battery it will take to go to my destination, which is a well-known spot around here and about 120 miles away.I just wanted to understand what they knew about the car because nobody really seems to know much. And the sales manager couldn't even walk out of the box, he just yelled at the sales person that I happen to run into an asked the question to first period "I don't have any idea if I were her I would charge 100%" and he was a jack ass and I just turned around and said yeah "nobody knows much about this car but everybody's selling them and it's really irritating."I love the car, I am really glad I didn't buy it here, what a jerk !

Have an awesome experience having my car serviced here. They took my car in sooner than expected, promptly troubleshot it and got it back to me in record time. They are exceptional at what they do. Big kudos!

Bought a used Ford F150 there on March 18, 2023. As of today, 4/13/2023, my trade has still not been paid off. That is almost one month. As a former dealership Controller, this is USUALLY a sign of a poor cash positiion, or a "we dont care" attitude in their business office. The lender on our trade calls DAILY, and they don't care that Borman is slooooooow. They just want their $$$$$$. Something like this hurts a person's credit rating. Something just seems off.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! As with any dealership you take a chance. Boy did we make a poor decision on Borman's dealership this time. First let me say we had a great experience with the sales team. However, we have had the worst experience with the service department and the owner of Borman Ford himself. We purchased two brand new vehicles from Borman Ford on the same day. With add ons. Even introduced our neighbors who bought a new vehicle that next week. All this thinking we had forged an honest and positive relationship with Borman Ford. In May of this year our Lincoln had some issues with air vents and rear window motors. An easy replacement fix under warranty. One would think anyway. The service department had the vehicle for 3 weeks. It seemed a bit odd that they would have the vehicle as long as they did. Upon picking up the vehicle the service manager stated that someone (bumped ) into the front of the vehicle and they had (buffed out the damage). Mind you the car was not in acceptable condition when we looked it over. Potato chips on the floor, grease stains hand prints on interior and the whole front end was out of alignment. The service manager did admit something happened to the vehicle when we were on the way to pick it up, and we saw right away that the front end had been clearly in an accident of some sort. They tried to fix the front end( illegally) with out notifying us. They did a very poor sloppy job of it too. Round and round we went. The fenders, hood, grill, headlights, camera, and sensors, missing nuts , bolts and screws. The car was NOT IN SAFE DRIVING CONDITION. As we took the vehicle to our insurance company the breaks locked up and nothing was in fornt of the car. Borman's own insurance adjuster came out to our home and it was now off to a neutral and reputable auto shop. To be repaired. 5k worth of damage. This is the amount after Borman Form repaired the vehicle without our permission. Either rhis was a major collision or they are just that bad at repairs. May to August we had a non operational car. This was no bump. Now we have a vehicle that was wrecked by Borman Ford and there is a loss to us. Fraud... it's illegal for a dealership to wreck a vehicle and try to cover it up. That's a fact!! Deleated the drive history unplugged our dash cam and we were told that the dealership camera's were not operational that day. Come on now!!!! As a military combat vet they made me feel when buying the vehicles I was in good, safe ,hands. INSTEAD I WAS LIED TO!! THEY WRECKED MY CAR AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP. When speaking to the owner his pride was more important to him than making the situation Whole again. Yes the vehicle was fixed and is not the same. The owner danced around the situation. Thinks we want his money. We just wanted to be reimbursed for the loss value of the vehicle. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The owner stating he will not cut a check for what his employees or company do. Also stated he wont pay for mistreating customers. So, I warn any and all persons whom venture into Borman Fords lot. Be careful be aware and do not trust this business. If an owner can't take responsibility for wrong doing that has all the proof, black and white and recorded. Than it is embedded in the whole business. We still have not had an appropriate apology for Borman Ford actions.

Purchase car 3028 vehicle in January 2022, now July 2022 Just spent almost $400 to recharge AC. When asked how is AC checked on used vehicles, I was told maybe they check the temperature in the vents. Not buying here again.

We bought 2 vehicles the same night. Brand new Explorer and Lincoln Suv. I brought the Lincoln in for service for faulty air vents, rear windows and a rear wheel well trim that was not attached properly after being contacted thru Lincoln. Borman had my vehicle for 3.5 weeks to fix these things. Upon being called to pick up my vehicle the Service manager stated over the phone that someone "bumped" the tire of a truck into the front driver side bumper. When I arrived I clearly saw he lied. What I saw was: -bumper that was removed - bumper was painted not the same color to match - grill isn't attached inside the bumper - fenders are misaligned and have gaps - hood is not aligned with gaps on one side and tight on the other - texture of the bumper looks to be poorly repaired with fiberglass (bondo filler) -undercarriage cover loose and hanging - built in cameras not operable or working - sensors not working for crash avoidance - center console inside taken apart -food all over the floor inside - steering feels off - brakes don't feel the same - passenger side of bumper was clear coated without being painted and they painted over chips I hadn't had a chance to touch up so you can't do it now and touch up paint on top of the clear coat as a last minute attempt to cover more scratches and damage but wrong pen used - headlights not even when on - and more... This vehicle has 13,000 miles and isn't a year old. It went in like a new vehicle and the service manager stated that "it looks fine to him" and that "I drive trucks so I don't notice cosmetic things." He offered to replace the bumper and I felt mortified that they wouldn't even acknowledge the damage or even talk about it but instead became defensive as if I was wrong for stating that my car had been wrecked and I was never told and that they tried to cover up something horrible. Even worse is that they sent me home with a car that has so many safety features not working that I don't even know if the airbags will deploy. I asked for video of the incident and I was told it happened "out of view of the cameras." I contacted my insurance and they're trying to work with the dealerships insurance but it's been horrible. My new Lincoln has lost all of its value and I still have up continue paying it off because they will not take responsibility. I'm assuming that they will not even pay for any depreciating factors given the fact that they're so non communicative with insurance and even Lincoln motors when they tried to contact. Please be careful and do a full walk around on your vehicles when dropping off and picking up from service. I always do and it's saved me a bit of pain even though I have to go through this ordeal. What would've happened if I left the dealership and didn't notice until I got on the road. They'd have every right to deny anything as their fault. I'm very disappointed in Borman and knowing we bought 2 vehicles the same night and brought 2 more people to them within 2 weeks to buy more based on the buying experience I am really torn up over how customer loyalty works there. It seems like the sale is a song and dance of impressing the buyer not afterwards good luck getting any honesty or help. This is going to be a horrible, lengthy and expensive process for me. EXPENSIVE.

Walked in to Borman Lincoln Las Cruces and was TOTALLY IGNORED! Before visiting my local dealer, I went to El Paso and visited Lincoln, Genesis, Lexus, Audi, Porsche and Acura. At ALL I was greeted by a sales associate. At Lincoln Las Cruces, I had to look for someone inside. It was like a ghost town. Despite my wandering around, NO ONE ever greeted me, much less approached me. I had to walk around and finally found someone. I actually asked one gentleman who was walking by if he was in sales and he said "Nope" and kept walking! Really?! Not, "I'm not, but let me find someone for you.". Just "NOPE!" Just because I'm a female and rolled in wearing yoga pants doesn't mean I'm not a serious buyer. It means I was driving by, made a u-turn, and thought I'd check out my local dealer since I saw a couple cars on the lot..which is a rarity these days. Instead of treating me like a valuable, potential customer, I was ignored. I'm sure I wasn't wearing my invisible suit that day! I have to wonder if it's because I was out running errands and not in my 'fancy' clothes? Did they think I couldn't afford a Lincoln so they didn't want to stop playing games on their cells to give me their time? Online it states that the sales people at Borman receive comprehensive training and have "courteous and friendly salespeople who take the time to get know you and your needs". Hardly. Someone needs to train them to not judge a book by it's cover. Remember that great scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts goes back to the the boutique where the women ignored her because she walked in wearing her 'street clothes'? Another store helped her and she went back to the snotty boutique dressed in her new designer threads and they fell all over her? "Hi! You wouldn't wait on me yesterday. You work on commission right? Big Mistake! BIG! BIG! HUGE! I have to go shopping now!", that's how I feel about Borman. I wanted to give my business to a local dealer, but now I want to give them The Pretty Woman Experience! Apparently, everyone at this dealership needs to go through training again as I experienced being ignored and feeling like an inconvenience. What a total crap experience! So will I give them my business? What do you think?

Wonderful place. Its actually fun to take your car there and wait while they quickly and efficiently work on it. The shop, the show room, waiting area (free wfi coffee, etc.) are clean as can be. Lisa and the staff are superb, honest, professional and kind. I so wanted to stay there longer yesterday but they got my Honda CRV fixed too soon. Great service charge too.

This car dealership is gouging buyers. They are taking advantage of the situation an marking up their cars by $5000. Stay away from these thives. Not all dealers are doing this so find you an honest one. Our income hasn't gone up by $5000

Didnthe bait and hope to switch thing. Gave then $1000 check to order a 2022 car. They cased the check and then 5 days later told me that a 2022 could not be ordered- DAH!! Wouldn't you think the salesperson would have known that a 2022 could not be ordered?? And would you think the accounting office would have known as well?? Sloppy, very sloppy.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle in Feb.2021. We had decided on a Honda and rather purchase from local dealer that had no inventory we chose Borman Autoplex. I initially contacted Borman on the internet and Michael Washam responded with a email. We made an appointment to come in early the following saturday. Michael works out of the Ford store there and is the manager. Being retired from the car business and a former Ford salesman I felt very comfortable with Michael. The entire deal process was very smooth, the trade allowance was reasonable and my wife and I felt comfortable with the vehicle, a CR-V, so we went for it. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase. Frank, our assigned salesman helped with all the paperwork getting filled out and showed us all the in's and out's of our new vehicle. I can be very critical of car salesman because of my prior experience but everybody at Borman was friendly. Most of the deal went smoothly except with some paperwork glitches with Honda finance but in the end it all worked out. I can honestly say that Michael did everything he promised and in this day and age I find this refreshing and commendable! Owner should be lucky to have a manager of this caliber working for him. Also, the girls in the business office went out of their way to make sure the deal went smoothly thanks Maxine and Paula! In the future I look forward to again doing business with Borman Autoplex and Michael.
