Daniel Garcia went above and beyond for customers. He was very friendly and professional. He acknowledged every customer that walked in regardless of how busy he was. There were at least 5 employees in the store and Daniel was honestly the only one willing to help and did it in a way that made you want to be loyal to the store. Thank you very much Daniel.

Needed a bulb change. The lady is one of the rudest person. Been to this store a lot of times but never treated this way.
Really needs a lot of customer service training.

ernesto was wonderful! wasn’t sure i needed a battery but he checked and helped me select one then he installed it. he was very kind and pleasant even though the weather was not great. wonderful customer service.

Samuel was great! He got us the battery we needed and answered all of our questions. He installed the battery for us right away in the parking lot and explained the warranty to us. I will definitely return if I need anything for my car in the future. Thanks!!
