Highly recommend Valerie V. Parts Sales Manager of this store. She did an EXCEPTIONAL job at helping us during our visit. Her willingness to figure out exactly what we were coming in for is difficult to come by. She’s so informed and attentive you can trust she’s steering you in the right direction. We will continue to visit this specific AutoZone because of her. If you need assistance she’s your go to!

I just want to let you know my car broke down and Juan M told me he couldn’t fix it , yet he explained to me how todo this part in the engine that it was fairly simple. I didn’t have the extra money for a mechanic so he guided me thru and as a result of it I saved money and as a woman working on her own car I feel proud because Juan took that extra time to educate me onapretty easy procedure. Thankyou Juan

Gabe is the best customer satisfaction i have ever seen. He spent a lot of time with me to find the right bumper clip and came out and installed it on the car to fix the issue

Autozone is my GO TO parts store! Their ability to not only help but also admit if they are wrong and give an ACTUAL apology are way above the standard that other franchises use. Their customer service will not, and can not be beat. They are always willing to honor their price matching service, their loaner tools are plentiful and you can get literally ANYTHING automotive there, and if it's not in stock they'll order it, if they can't order it they go online and find it for you!
AZ4L! HAHA, the competition is NO competition.

Had a very BAD experience with a manager up hwy 70 location, I believe her name is Valerie she's very rude with customer's and thinks it's ok to curse . So instead I asked another associate she's a very nice Young lady Breanna helped me with everything I needed. AutoZone needs to recognize what a great associate this young lady is. Thank you Breanna for your hard work and treating people with respect 😊
