I am a long time client, and I am upset they got rid of the drive up. The managers there look like they would rather be at the bar, or with a needle in their arm than help us. The audacity to claim to want to help is laughable.

I would have liked to give zero stars ! I went in to cash a check and do not have an account. Waited/waisted 50 minutes of my time to have check “verified “. Because the gentleman that wrote the check changed a lower case r to a capital R they would not cash. Did not change amount at all. They could have noticed the change first and let me know instead they verified everything else first. RIDICULOUS

BEWARE! My friend who has an account here was taken by ambulance to the hospital. He asked me to take $300 in cash with a deposit slip he had ready to deposit to this bank; so there would be sufficient funds in his account for a withdrawal that was coming out the next day. He also gave me his wallet and id as he did not want them left at his house or with him. I went to this bank. They refused to let me deposit the cash to his account because they do not accept cash from non-deposit holders (because I did not have an account with them). It was further stated that the funds I was holding could be laundered funds. I was completely offended, they insinuated I am laundering money. This declaration was made in public view of many other patrons and bank employees. I will never bank at this bank. When my friend gets out of the hospital, he will also close his account. Maybe Bank of America's fancy lawyers can develop an internal form that someone with a paltry amount of cash money to deposit in an account holder's account; where said non-account holder/depositer could provide some identification which would avoid someone being publicly accused of being a money launderer.

We recently obtained a mortgage through the Las Cruces location of Bank of America. We have bought and sold several houses, and this was the worst experience. We have been customers for over 20 years, but we will be changing banks as soon as we move. With excellent credit and more than enough income to qualify for this mortgage, we were subjected to more than six weeks of questions, some of which were an invasion of privacy. The local loan officer, Fatima Scott, is not knowledgeable and is unaware of what the underwriter requires. Even with their supervisor ultimately involved, the loan completion delayed the closing date. This incompetence affected us, our real estate agent, the seller, and the seller's agent. And on the closing date, the seller did not receive funding due to a "glitch."

One teller. Literally, one teller taking in-person customers. Nothing says customer service like having only one person available to serve multiple customers.

Associates and manager are friendly but lines are always extremely long and BofA’s fees are ridiculous.

The lobby was closed on the 3rd of the month, when my SSI comes in. In talking with someone who knows, BofA does this to force old people to use ATMs or debit cards so they can make more money by doing less. There were claims on social media of a "Remodeling"..Are the tellers getting work done as well? Why do you not want to help the customers who pay your salary! The management there is horrid, and every day is another day that they take from us hard-working folks!

Staff is very helpful as is manager but not sufficient to address customer load. Online service is the very worst - unable to reach live person, annoying loops. After 40 years with BA starting in CA, I am looking to move to another bank.

Drop in to update account. Staff said only one person working, so we would have to wait one hour or more for assistance. There's no night drop, only for businesses.

Today I went to withdraw 500 from the ATM at Bank of America on Telshore and I received 140. I went into the bank and the teller did not return the money owed to me due to defective ATM. Horrible she told me to call the banks customer service line. What the heck. I need to pay my rent today, if I get evicted or have to pay a late fee that is on them. I do not trust this bank. Horrible service.

Very frustrating. We have one bank in all of Las Cruces and it is only open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Makes no sense when I (As do most) work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and sometimes longer. I live outside of Las Cruces, on weekends it's super cumbersome.

Line can be long because they are short staff. If you can do your transactions online, that may be better, as the helpful staff person also suggested.

We have had nothing but good service at this bank. The line are normally short as is the wait time. The staff has always been friendly.
