They were fantastic and knowledgeable. They understood my wife was a beginner, even explained why certain programs/parts would not work on certain machines/computers. Didn't waste our time, nor forced us to buy anything unnecessary.

Friendly and interesting employees. The free gift for 1st time visitors is very nice as well. If I am ever back Las Cruces, another stop will be in our future.

Took in my sewing machine for an estimate on the repair and still got charged for a bogus maintenance. The ticket shows no general service yet I got charged.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It caters mostly to quilters, but is a great place for Bernina supplies and quality thread. They also service sewing machines, so I will be making it down here again.

Worst shop ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought a shirt in to be altered. I was told it would be ready in 24 hours, however, when I called she told me she had not even began! This was the time it was supposed to be ready. She gave it to me later on, and when I arrived she said “I didn’t have time, I had other things to do.” I asked for a slight discount for the inconvenience, but she said “no, don’t even think about it, this is a good price someone else would charge you more!” I was understanding, and pulled out my card to pay. She was extremely upset, and told me she didn’t take card, she never told me this. I said I would go to an ATM, but she abruptly said “ just take it I’m tired of dealing with you.” I was so grateful, but she said “and don’t ever come here again, I don’t want to help you.” I wasn’t planning on it anyway.

I was looking for a place that hopefully had more unique finds, I wanted something different from Joann and Hobby Lobby. It's a long drive for me but very worth it. They do have fabrics designed by someone locally I believe (I can't remember her name) and they have several fun patterns, and have a nice collection of embroidery machines! They do have a long arm and I was told you can take a class to be certified in order to use it for your quilts! Staff is super nice and very knowledgeable, they were able to give me tips and tricks so that I could successfully sew a pattern I thought was too difficult for me. Definitely worth going to explore this store. They also have an online presence on Facebook where they sell items and offer free tips and tricks.
