The staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. From the wonderful women in the office to the men that work that grounds, it is always pleasant talking to any of them. They always greet you and say hello. The hospitality that is given when using the clubhouse is phenomenal and it is a beautiful place to be.

I moved here in June from South Texas. The management worked with me from the beginning. I basically moved here blind and they helped me with a video of the apt. When ever I have had a problem they have took care of it right away. I am going to renew for one more year before I buy. This complex is really centrally located in Las Cruces. Parking can be a problem, but manageable. This is also the quietest Apartment complex I have ever lived in. The Apartments are a little on the older side, and so are the appliances, but clean and well maintained. I took those pictures walking out of the Gym next to the office, great Las Cruces sunrises here!

The worst communication I have seen from any apartment complex. Cars towed left and right with little to no warning with nobody in the office able to tell me who took my car. Aren’t you guys supposed to know this??? Went to take a shower and the water was filthy. Not even a heads up from management that we wouldn’t have good water. Just deal with it I guess? Great job guys?? will be moving soon hopefully once this overpriced lease is over.

Don't waste your time. It took a while for me to actually talk to someone about getting a tour to see the place. They were one of the few apartments available when looking. I was trying hard to find a place for my daughter and I so we wouldn't have to stay at a hotel. I filled out an application. Had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. When someone did pick up, she was rude, but I still submitted the information they were wanting. I tried calling back to check the status and see if I could sign the lease. I was really needing a place to live. I left voicemails and emails and they never got back to me. It seems like they just like getting people's money from the application fees because they don't actually try to help you move in. I gave up of course and was able to find another place and signed a lease within a day of applying!

After 2 years of living at Casas de Soledad, I can assure all potential renters that this is the worst managed complex in Las Cruces. While the staff and facilities appear flashy and accommodating during the initial tour, the staff is aggressive, toxic, racist and incompetent. I have often witnessed management addressing renters differently based on their race/ethnicity. Also, urgent work orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete (which often times will need a revision due to sloppy work), and the majority of parking spaces are labeled "reserved," exclusive for owners of the condos (not residents who lease an apartment) which makes daily parking very difficult. The pool is always dirty, closed for maintenance, or foggy. The mini garbage bins are constantly full of trash and the front gate features a sign stating that the complex is not responsible for damage caused by malfunction of their faulty gate! So despite properly using my code to open the gate and entering through the resident side, the gate closed on my car and left a large scratch and dent which the front office staff refused to acknowledge, citing the sign on the door as the reason why they would not check the cameras to assess the incident.

The staff specially the manager Kaelyn Bagwell and Brenda are the worse people I have ever encountered in my life. I wonder how these people sleep at night treating people in the worse way possible. They are very racist. I would encourage all the people to speak up and complain about them. I have already filed a complain and spread the word.

I would rate the management of this place 0. I think all the good reviews are fake. The management needs to be changed for this place. Very rude. Gives preferential treatment to some people. Never replies to emails as soon as they get your money they change. They never pick up calls or reply to anything. Being a Doctor in Las cruces I would advise all the medical students and fellow doctors to not choose this place. Spread the word.

Staff and management is the worse in all over las cruces. Very inconsiderate and rude.

Beautiful luxury apartments that have that mountain lodge look. Some apartments have the view of the Sonoma Ranch Golf course.

Do not rent at Casas De Soledad. You cannot get a hold of a manager or anyone that works at the complex. I have called 39 times in two weeks and left messages. I have never had one person return my call. The automated phone system is never answered. I flew in to New Mexico from Oregon. I was in town for three days to find an apartment for December (3 months away). I stopped at the complex three times. Not once did someone answer the gate. It's like no one works at this complex! Rent somewhere else. Don't waste your time.

parking is non-existence here. a lot of open reserved spots. If you do find a spot you will most likely walk across the whole complex just to get to your apt.

Nice place beautiful landscape and grounds were very well kept, and its beautiful inside the units as well. There are charcoal grills set up outside of everyones door, which i thought was a great idea! The pool area is nicely set up. The only drawback is the proximity of the units to one another. I would have preferred more space between me and my neighbors. But other than that great place!

I understand they are not newer apartments, but the pool water looks dark and hot tub. The pool furniture is tearing and dangerous. They really need to replace them.

Maintenance has yet to fix anything my roommate and I need. Management is lazy and never answers the phone. The fact that the pool is still closed and everywhere else is open shows that they don’t want to maintain the up keep. Wayyyy too expensive for what we get. Neighbors are always loud and arguing and that is quite annoying. Not pleased with my experience here and I will be moving out soon (:
