Employees are very rude and act like they are the owners of the store when they are simple employees. Very rude and unprofessional and racist. The store has a great selection but be ready to find the worst experience in customer service.

Place is great. My 4 star is because online they show they're open at 9, but if you go inside the mall they have a sign that they open until 10am. What they don't tell you is that the side door is open at 9 ( which they don't have a sign for ) for someone who isn't too familiar with this mall it might be confusing. I waited inside the mall for 45 minutes until they opened at 10

A lot of boots, but most have a square toe. Rather disappointing when you are looking for a traditional pointed toe.

If the item you are purchasing does not have a tag don't get fooled by the price they "find". You cannot put a random price that exceeds the normal range for the item you are purchasing especially if you know about the brand and type of what you are buying. The boots we had today were nowhere near 180 dollars and the guy couldn't find them so spends 15 minutes looking for the same pair then comes back and "finds" the price and says 289.... the boots do not cost that much as I looked them up
