I recently had an oil change done at my local Honda service center, and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pricing was very reasonable. The only minor downside was that the service took longer than expected, so I recommend scheduling your appointment in the morning and dropping off your car early. That way, you can pick it up by the end of the day without any rush. Overall, a great experience!

Braden was very patient and helpful when I went to the dealership to buy a car. He listened to what I said I wanted and showed me what they had that would work for me! I found the perfect car for me and I couldn’t be happier. Sergio was very helpful and made sure I understood what I was getting and what it would cost. I appreciate both of these guys so much! They made buying a car a breeze. Thanks so much! I will definitely recommend Casa Honda to family and friends!

This was my first time going to Casa Autoplex and having my Civic serviced.
First, there was a miscommunication on my end about the appointment time. I called and let them know that I would be late (20 mins). They were understanding.
Isaac was my service advisor, and he was great! I also received help from the service receptionist (I can't remember her name, unfortunately). She ordered a part for my vehicle that will be installed at a later time (recall).
I waited in the designated area as my car was being serviced. I busied myself with coursework, so time flew by for me. My car was all done about 2 hours later.
I got a new air filter this time; it runs a lot better! Everything else seemed to be good.
I will definitely be coming back. 🙂

Came in for a pending recall on our Kona which had been on hold and had a superior experience. Our friendly service writer Lisa Sorenson had us in and out in short order, but they also found one more recall that required attention. That necessitated leaving our car overnight but their courtesy transport van was there to take us home and offered to bring us back in the morning! That's fantastic concierge attention for a repair the manufacturer was covering. The work was done right, on time, and our vehicle was returned clean and tidy. Nice airy waiting lounge too, thankfully the TV was not on so loud as to intrude on reading.

I experienced very poor service when I scheduled an appointment online, as the system changed my vehicle to a different brand and model. The service advisor who assisted me was rude and disrespectful. I couldn't help but feel that there may have been some racial bias involved. When I approached their desk, they immediately gave me an attitude, but when a white customer approached them, they were polite and respectful.

My F-150 stereo kept resetting itself so I made an appointment to get it fixed.Brought it in and they found the issue so we had to order a part. Came back to install part once it came in and after they installed it I noticed the USB ports stopped working. Called and made another appointment. Came back for third time and they looked and said couldn't find problem because internet was down but assured me they looked and all hook ups were connected so I would have to come back a fourth time when internet was back. Showed up today at 7:45 am for my appointment and at 11 am they came back and said they found the problem that in fact they forgot to plug in some wires in back (the ones they said were plugged in last time). So left dealership and then realized my satellite stereo wasn't working! So here I am sitting in the waiting room for the 5th time for the same problem.

So I'm sitting outside the dealership... Borman Hyundai but I have a Ford Mustang and the Ford dealership is next-door. So I asked the Ford dealership. What is their guess about how much battery it will take to go to my destination, which is a well-known spot around here and about 120 miles away.I just wanted to understand what they knew about the car because nobody really seems to know much. And the sales manager couldn't even walk out of the box, he just yelled at the sales person that I happen to run into an asked the question to first period "I don't have any idea if I were her I would charge 100%" and he was a jack ass and I just turned around and said yeah "nobody knows much about this car but everybody's selling them and it's really irritating."I love the car, I am really glad I didn't buy it here, what a jerk !
